I am a wife, mother and nana extraordinaire. My husband often tells me I’m the glue that holds the family together. I don’t know about that but I love them all tremendously. I have two daughters that are the center of my life. They are married with families of their own but they are still my babies. I have eight grandchildren, ranging from two to thirty three years of age. Three came with my daughter’s husband as did my two great grandchildren. All absolutely wonderful, loving kiddos. Though saying kiddos for the older ones is a bit of a stretch.

I love, love, love crafting, repurposing and refinishing things I find at thrift stores,  antique stores and garage sales. My fourteen year old granddaughter and I love to go “antiquing”. Thats what we call looking for items to repurpose or leave as they are.

Hopefully, there will be a time when I can share my love of all things vintage and antique.
